Henoch Schmohe, sole trader (autonomo) registered in Spain. Contact: henoch@hsmart.dev.

No cookies, no trackers

This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party trackers. Visits and link taps are measured first-party and anonymously: a random session id that lives only in your browser tab, the page you viewed, the link you tapped, your coarse country, your device class (phone, tablet, desktop) and, if you arrived through one, the referring site and campaign tag. No IP address is stored with any of this and nothing in it identifies you.

The waitlist

If you join the waitlist we store your email address, your language, the time and version of your consent, and the IP address at signup (legal proof of consent, Art. 7 GDPR). Double opt-in: you get nothing until you confirm from your inbox. The list is used for exactly one purpose, telling you about Knock, and every email carries an unsubscribe link that works in one click. If you fill in the optional questions after confirming, we keep those answers alongside your signup so we know what to build.

Where data lives

Your data is stored in a Neon PostgreSQL database hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt), and the site is served through Vercel. Confirmation emails are sent through Resend, which is based in the United States, so the emails themselves leave the EU under Standard Contractual Clauses. These are the only processors involved.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection: email henoch@hsmart.dev and it will be handled within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority (AEPD in Spain, CNIL in France).
